Please read these terms carefully before using the PT Expense app. These terms govern your use of the application and related services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using the PT Expense Android app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Access Code Requirement
Use of PT Expense requires a valid access code issued by an authorized administrator. The access code is personal and must not be shared with others.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your password secure. PT Expense is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to a compromised password.
4. Acceptable Use
PT Expense is intended for personal financial tracking of income, expenses, and savings. You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the service or other users.
5. Free Trial
The app includes a 30-day free trial period. After the trial period, continued access is subject to your administrator's subscription. PT Expense reserves the right to suspend accounts with expired access.
6. No Warranty
PT Expense is provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no guarantees about uninterrupted availability, accuracy of calculations, or fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
PT Expense and its developers are not liable for any financial decisions made based on data tracked in the app, or for any data loss resulting from device failure or account suspension.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or discontinue the app or these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
