PT Expense is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data is collected when you use the PT Expense Android app and how it is handled.
1. Data We Collect
PT Expense collects only the data you enter: income entries, expense entries, savings entries, and the password you set on first launch. No personal identification information (name, email, phone number) is required to use the app.
2. How Your Data is Stored
All transaction data is stored on servers managed by your administrator and is isolated to your account using a unique access code. Your personal password is stored in hashed form — it is never stored or transmitted in plain text.
3. Data Isolation
Each account's data is completely isolated. Other users — including administrators — cannot view your individual transaction amounts or entries.
4. Data Sharing
PT Expense does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties. Your financial data remains between you and the app.
5. Access Code
Your access code (e.g. STEX-XXXX) is provided by your administrator for onboarding only. After you confirm and set a password, the access code alone cannot be used to view your data.
6. Data Deletion
To request deletion of your account data, contact your administrator or reach us at expense@puskartrital.com.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated via the app or this page.
